At WestSyd Customs, We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our policies to understand your rights and obligations when it comes to shipping, returns, and exchanges.

Shipping Policy:

  • Processing Time: Our team works diligently to process and dispatch orders within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or holidays. 
  • Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping options for domestic and international orders. Each t-shirt is subject to a flat rate shipping fee of $10 AUD. Express post shipping is available for individual t-shirts at a rate of $15 AUD.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.
  • International Shipping: Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. Customers are responsible for any additional charges incurred during customs clearance.

Faulty Items Policy:

  • Faulty Items: In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of purchase with details of the issue and your order number. Our team will assess the situation and provide instructions on how to return the faulty item for a refund or replacement.

Exchange Policy:

  • Exchanges: Since each shirt is custom made to order, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of purchase with details of the issue and your order number. Our team will assess the situation and provide you with an update after we have reviewed your request.
